Maddalena Saponara lives and works in Milan. He began his artistic journey several years ago with art and painting courses, soon arriving at a totally unique and personal expression. Therefore a complete self-taught: in fact her vocation was born and strengthened thanks to the curiosity for a collage seen by chance as well as by the inspiration given by a statue also seen by accident. The need to combine curiosity and inspiration in something that arises from itself stimulates the development of his exclusive technique. Cardboard tiles, glue and acrylic is what she needs to create the works. "Art was love at first sight, and it quickly became my lover. My works preserve the best part of me, the one in which I really recognize myself."
